Spoke to John to confirm stock for the 2 beds I wanted for my kids. After verification, he asked how soon I needed the beds. My response was, “the sooner the better, given my kids are currently sleeping on a mattress on the floor.” John pulled some strings and told me that he could get the shipment of my beds tonight! I had a great experience ordering my daughters loft bed through Bubbadirect! The online process was easy. The bed was delivered in the time frame quoted. When I reached out to them inquiring the actual eta of the delivery they responded promptly with all the information I needed. They were absolutely great communicating with us the day of and day before delivery so we had a heads up when they would arrive which made it easy for us to go about our day and not have to sit around and wait!
