Returns Policy

  • If you have changed your mind on an item, no problem. Simply send an email to [email protected] or click on “Need help with the Order?” located at the bottom of our website. No cancellations or return requests by phone are allowed. Customers must submit images of boxes of their products to [email protected] for approval from our company prior to return.
  • No returns or cancellations are allowed for Homey Design, AICO, Ashley Furniture, VIG, American Eagle, and Moroni Furniture products. However, replacement is allowed for these manufacturers if products are defective or damaged.
  • You may return and exchange new and unused products in their original packaging within the first 7 days from the date of purchase; a 25% restocking fee and a delivery fee will be excluded from your original payment.
  • If you need us to pick up the merchandise at your residence, a $79.99 Pickup Fee will be applied. Or, you can schedule a Drop-off at our warehouse in City of Industry, CA.
  • Items already used and assembled or without original packaging does not qualify for the exchange and refund policy. No Exception.
  • If your product is defective, you can only exchange it for the same product for free of charge within the first 7 days from the date of receipt. Exchanging to a different product will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
  • Due to our fast delivery service, orders can only be canceled free of charge during the first 12 hours from the time of purchase. Cancellations after the 12 hours window will be charged a 25% cancellation fee.
  • Right after the 12 hours, the merchandise of your order will be transferred from hundreds of miles away to our warehouse.
  • Cancellations after the transfer is completed will be charged a 25% restocking fee. The 25%  restocking fee is the mandatory fee the manufacturers will change the buyers. No exception. Please place your order with care.
  • Cancellations are not allowed for Special and Custom-Made orders. No return or exchange for display and clearance items are allowed.
  • Customers are responsible for the measurements of items ordered. If products you ordered cannot be delivered to the designated location due to narrow doorways, staircases, or ceiling, a 25% re-stocking fee and a $99.99 return fee will apply to those items if they need to be transferred back to the warehouse.   • There is no return policy for mattresses and foundations. Please place your order accordingly. If you need advice on which mattress is best for you, please don’t hesitate to give us a call.
