Dakota Dual Reclining Sofa Set

I had a great experience ordering my daughters loft bed through Bubbadirect! The online process was easy. The bed was delivered in the time frame quoted. When I reached out to them inquiring the actual eta of the delivery they responded promptly with all the information I needed. They were absolutely great communicating with us the day of and day before delivery so we had a heads up when they would arrive which made it easy for us to go about our day and not have to sit around and wait! I will definitely order through them in the future!

John (Daniel) in sales was great! Called me immediately after seeing a missed call from me… He figured out what I wanted, and how to get it to me fast and next thing, it was on a truck! Prices are great as well! Thank you guys!

Ordered my merchandise on Sunday the 21st on January, and got it delivered already within 3 days! The gal over the phone was very helpful as I wasn’t sure of what I wanted. She helped me and guided me every step and made sure it was the right sofa to fit in my new house! Thank you !!!!!

Spoke to John to confirm stock for the 2 beds I wanted for my kids. After verification, he asked how soon I needed the beds. My response was, “the sooner the better, given my kids are currently sleeping on a mattress on the floor.” John pulled some strings and told me that he could get the shipment of my beds tonight! Mind you, I made the order @4:20p and both beds will be arriving by 8-9p.

I ordered two couches and was surprised at how fast they were able to deliver (next day!) and how professional and top of it the shop and staff were. They really seemed to care! It was so refreshing! The couches seem to be great quality too. I’ll def be ordering from them again in the future!
