I had a great experience ordering my daughters loft bed through Bubbadirect! The online process was easy. The bed was delivered in the time frame quoted. When I reached out to them inquiring the actual eta of the delivery they responded promptly with all the information I needed. They were absolutely great communicating with us the day of and day before delivery so we had a heads up when they would arrive which made it easy for us to go about our day and not have to sit around and wait! My response was, “the sooner the better, given my kids are currently sleeping on a mattress on the floor.” John pulled some strings and told me that he could get the shipment of my beds tonight!
