I had a great experience ordering my daughters loft bed through Bubbadirect! The online process was easy. The bed was delivered in the time frame quoted. When I reached out to them inquiring the actual eta of the delivery they responded promptly with all the information I needed. The overall looks and design of this is great but the padding used isn’t good. It was very stiff at first and thought perhaps because it was new. Eventually it got a little softer but at the same time it never went back to original shape. After about 9 months, there is a big dip in the center where I always sit and the padding is pretty much compressed and doesn’t really come back up anymore. Unless you really need to have this kind of sofa, I cannot recommend this to anyone. I would stay away from this one in my opinion.
