I will first start with the product looks great and was easy to assemble. The delivery was horrible. They contacted me via text asking to come next morning. Then no one showed up and no one bothered to contact me and let me know. The next morning I was called and told the driver would be there in ten minutes. I told him I wasn’t home and would be home in a half hour to hour and he asked if he could leave the package at the door. Long story short they wedged the package in front of the door and damaged the trundle my guess while they dragged it up my stairs. Three emails later I have not received a response. Bottom line good looking product and very poor customer service.
